FAQ
All orders are shipped via express courier and related traceability. As soon as the order is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email including the link to follow the delivery status.
It is not possible to edit an order but, as an alternative, you can ask for an order cancellation before it is forwarded to our warehouse either shipped. You may cancel it by contacting us via the form you find in “Contact us” page. An order is cancelled when you get the confirmation by our customer service. In some cases, it may be not possible to cancel it and, in such cases, you will have to wait for the delivery of the order and then request a return.
Select the item/items you wish and add them to cart! You can use the coupon code in the cart page, before proceeding to checkout, by pasting the code in the dedicated space.
The only shipping method available is the express one.
Shipments towards Italy are handled by GLS Express.
Shipments towards other European countries are handled by DHL Express.
Orders are processed and delivered within 2-4 working days. We ship all orders we get by 1 pm in the same day and the delivery is fulfilled in the following 24-48 hours (weekend and holidays excluded).
NOTE: Products from Special Price collections are shipped and delivered within 4-6 working days.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver during public holidays either weekends. In such cases it is possible that the parcel is delivered the following useful working day.
We can deliver orders both to your personal address and to your working one, the only important thing is that the address is correctly specified.
If there is an item you like but size or color are not availalbe, select the desired option and click on “Notify me when available” and insert your email address or your phone number to get notified when it is available.
If you didn’t receive any email about the partial delivery of the order, contact our customer service via the dedicated form of the “Contact us” section.
You can return an item or the whole order within 14 days after the delivery. It’s very easy! Log into your account, go to the bottom of the homepage and click on “Easy return”, there you can fill in a form to complete your return request. Our customer service will verify and, if possible, accept your request. Then, you will get an email with the instructions to follow. If you are interested in doing a change (i.e. size, color or item change), you may ask for a return and choose a coupon code instead of a refund, so that you can place a new order for the desidered item.
If you got a damaged or wrong item, we will do the return at our own expenses and – as soon as we got your order back – we will issue the refund/coupon code of the whole order, shipping fees included. To fulfill the return, you will have to follow the instructions we provide you.
No, they aren’t. Items added to cart are not reserved, don’t let them run out of stock before you decide to complete the purchase.

You can currently purchase from most of EU countries and in many extra EU ones. The list of the countries is always updated. You can check it in the checkout page.
If you got shipping email confirmation, check the traceability link in order to verify if your order is in transit or if it has been delivered. In case of problems with the shipment/delivery, please contact our Customer Service.
If, instead, our handling times are over and you haven’t got our shipping confirmation email yet, please contact our Customer Service via the dedicated form.
It may take some working days (weekend and public holidays excluded) for your return to be registered and checked by our warehouse.
Once this happens, you will get an email within one working day to confirm we have processed your return and refund it (or issued a coupon code if preferred).
All refunds are automatically done on the payment method used to place the order.
In case you freely choose to return your order, we only refund the price you paid for the items, shipping fees excluded.
Easy Return
- Fill in the return form request with all the information required, indicating the reason and the preferred way to fulfill the return: refund or store credit for future purchases.
- Once your request is received, if approved, you will get a confirmation email with all the instructions about further steps.
Arav Srl reserves the right to reject returns of items with missing labels and/or defects.
In case of return of damaged items, you will not be charged of any return fee.
Items cannot be changed but only returned.
If, for instance, you just want to change the size, you may require a return choosing a store credit/coupon instead of getting a refund.
In this way, you will be able to use it immediately to buy the required size.

Sales Conditions
The following terms and conditions of sale are applicable to all the purchasing “Silvianheach.com”.
The offer and sale of products on “Silvianheach.com” are regulated by the following General Conditions of sale. The products purchased on “Silvianheach.com” are sold directly from Arav Fashion Spa located in San Vitaliano (NA), Località Pagliarelle – Strada Provinciale per Nola, n. REA MI - 2590518, C.F. e P.Iva 09414361213.
1. ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1) These General Conditions of Sale exclusively control the offer, dispatch and acceptance of purchase orders of products on “Silvianheach.com” between users of the above-mentioned sites and the Vendor.
The General Conditions of Sale do not control the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Vendor present on “Silivianheach.com” via links, banners or other hypertext connection. It is the user’s responsibility to check the sales conditions before making orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Vendor. Arav Fashion Spa is not responsible for the supply of services from third parties other than the Vendor or for the conclusion of electronic commerce operations between the users of “Silvianheach.com” and third parties.
1.2 ) The Vendor uses the “Silvianheach.com” websites to offer products for sale and carry out its electronic commerce activities exclusively with their own final users as “consumers”, or rather any physical person not acting for their own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional ends.
Moreover, the Vendor reserves the right to not carry out any orders coming from any parties other than the “consumer” or any orders that do not conform to their commercial policies.
2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN CONSUMER AND VENDOR
2.1) The available language for concluding the contract with the Vendor Is Italian and English
2.2) No purchase requests from countries other than those indicated can be accepted
2.3) The consumers who intend to place a purchase order of one or more products on “silvianheach.com” must fill in the electronic order form and send it telematically to the Vendor following the relative instructions, in order to complete the purchase contract.
2.4) The order form include a cross-reference to these General Terms Of Sales Conditions and the Right to Return Information Report, as well as a summary of the basic characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all enforceable taxes and duties) of the accepted methods of payment and the delivery methods of the purchased products, of dispatch and delivery costs, of the conditions for the right to return and the terms for return of the purchased products.
2.5 ) Before proceeding with product purchase by transmitting the order form, the consumer is required to read the General Conditions of Sale and Right to Return Information Report carefully; the user can also print, save or reproduce a copy for personal use.Before transmitting the order form, the consumer can identify and correct any errors in the data entered. By sending the order form the consumer declares to have understood and accepted the contents of the same, as well as the General Conditions of Sale and Use, the Privacy Policy and the Right to Return regulations. Any failure to fully accept said contents will result in the order being annulled.
2.6) The prices products may be subject to revision. The customer has to verify the final displayed price of each product before sending the relative order form.
2.7) The contract is deemed to be concluded when the Vendor receives, telematically, the order form and checked that the data relating to the order is correct.
2.8) Once the contract has been concluded, the Vendor will process the purchase order.
2.9) The order form will be filed at the Vendor’s database for the period of time necessary for carrying out the orders and in any case within the terms provided for by law. The consumer may view the orders carried out by accessing his profile and consulting the appropriate section.
2.10) The Vendor reserves the right to ignore any purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect, whose solvability is not sufficiently guaranteed or if the products are not available. In these cases, the Vendor will send the consumer an email informing him that the contract is not concluded and that the Vendor has not carried out the purchase order, explaining the reasons.
Should the products presented on “Silvinheach.com” no longer be available or on sale at the moment of the most recent access to the site or when the order form is sent, it is down to the Vendor to communicate said unavailability of the products ordered to the consumer, in a timely fashion and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day after the order was sent to the Vendor. Should the order have been sent and payment made, the Vendor will undertake to refund the relative amount, without obligation for any kind of compensation.
2.11) Once the contract is concluded, the Vendor will send the consumer a receipt for the purchase order via email, including the information already contained in the order form (cross-reference to the General Conditions of Sale and Right to Return Information Report, the information relating to the product’s basic characteristics and the detailed price, payment methods, right to return and delivery costs).
3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS ON SALE
3.1) The sites "Silvianheach.com" offer only original products
3.2) The basic characteristics of the products presented on “Silvianheach.com” are available in the detailed summary of each product. However, the images and colors of the products on sale may vary to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used
3.3) All products come with an identifying tag secured with a single-use seal. To make use of the right to return said tag and seal must be completely attached. The Vendor, in the case of return, has the right to refuse the return of those products that no longer have the tag or which have been changed in their basic and qualitative characteristics or which have been damaged
4. PAYMENTS
4.1) Payment methods for the products purchased and the relative dispatch and delivery fees are indicated in the order form and make up an integral part of these Conditions of Sale
4.2) Should payment be made by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or expiry date) will be cryptographically forwarded to Banca Sella or other banks who supply the relative remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to access said information in any way. Furthermore, said information will not be used by the Vendor except for completing the procedures relating to the purchase for which they have been given and to issue the relative refund should the products be returned – following the execution of the right to return – or should it be necessary to prevent or inform the police of fraud on “Silvianheach.com”. The amount for the purchase of the products and the delivery fees, as indicated in the order form, will be debited at the moment of purchase.
5. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
Products ordered on “Silvianheach.com” will be dispatched with Standard Courier. Delivery times are calculated based on working days and do not include Bank holidays.
The side should automatically recognize the country from which you are accessing. You can change the country of delivery by clicking Delivery Country. The order must be made directly from the site of the country in which it is to be delivered. Any orders made from the site of a different country to that of destination, or to an address not accepted by our courier (P.O. Boxes or Poste Restante), will be automatically cancelled.
Customs and duties taxes for extra EU countries will be at customer's expenses. If you have any doubt about potential additional costs, feel free to contact us before you place an order.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLING DISPUTES
9.1) The following General Terms of Sale are regulated by the Italian Law of Legislative Decree no.206 of 6 September 2005, about consumer code, in particular Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, implementing Directive 2000/31/Ec on Certain Legal Aspects of Information Society Services in the Internal Market, with particular reference to E-commerce.
The jurisdiction regarding any controversy about their validity, interpretation or execution is committed to the Judge of the consumer place of residence or domicile, Treviso is the competent court.
10. MODIFICATION AND UPDATING
The General Conditions of Sale may be modified, also in consideration of any changes in the law. The new General Conditions of Sale will have effect from the date of publication on the site.
